You know the most popular social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest like the back of your hand? You know which content formats work best for each platform, and you know just what your client’s target audience wants?

Then get in touch with us! We’re looking for Social Media Strategists to develop holistic social media concepts and strategies. Support our operative social media team with your expertise, and let’s generate content that inspires! Your creative playground will be huge – with clients ranging from the tourism, leisure and automotive industries to retail and the manufacturing sector.

Position summary

  • strategic client development and support of accounts & key accounts in the field of B2C & B2B
  • development of holistic social media strategies and concepts across the most common social media platforms
  • trend research and implementation
  • support with topic research and editorial planning, content production, monitoring, optimization, reporting and influencer marketing
  • close collaboration with the creative and campaign departments
  • preparation and implementation of pitches
  • preparation and implementation of strategic client workshops
  • active client development and assistance
  • internal & external project planning, calculation, billing & forecasts

Your qualifications include

  • at least 4 years of professional experience in social media marketing (at least 1 year in a similar position to the one advertised)
  • strong multitasking skills and excellent time management 
  • the necessary content marketing expertise to draw up interdisciplinary strategies
  • an understanding of high-quality text, image and video content and audience needs
  • an affinity for digital technology and the willingness to react quickly to new trends and client needs 
  • a high level of proactivity, self-efficiency and responsibility
  • good project management skills
  • willingness to go the extra mile and a keen eye for new trends
  • willingness to work in a stable, varied job setting
  • excellent German and very good English language skills

We offer you a starting salary up from EUR 50.000,00 gross/year for a full-time position – with the potential to earn more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
