Who’s behind the project?

value one is a Vienna-based real estate developer that operates in the whole of Europe. For more than 20 years, the company has been developing sustainable residential building and office concepts. Some of their current residential projects include:

  • Viertel Zwei in Vienna, a sustainable city concept for more than 15,000 people
  • MILESTONE, student living and serviced micro-living in an urban environment

The challenge

Because of the company’s former structure, value one didn’t have a consistent brand concept. Each of their (building) projects had its own website, and much of their content lacked substance.

That’s why the company planned a relaunch together with elements. The challenge: building a website whose navigation concept and content would address the needs and demands of different target groups:

  • B2B clients in the fields of sales and commercial property, acquisition, real estate and facility management, operations and investment
  • B2C clients in the fields of residential and office building

That’s why the website needed to feature sustainable and informative content. For their research, the team of punkt & komma dived deep into the world of real estate. Based on a holistic concept, they created added-value content that’s authentic and easy to understand.

The special nature of the project

  • Navigation concept: The goal was to develop a consistent strategy concept that would present value one’s many different projects on their website in a clear and appealing way.
  • Category texts (GER/EN): Based on comprehensive keyword research, new website copy was created to increase brand visibility.
  • Project texts (GER/EN): value one’s (building) projects should be presented in an appealing way to generate more sales.
  • Company texts (GER/EN): To boost value one as a brand, the website also featured information about the company itself. The focus was on positioning them as an excellent employer.
  • Content management: To ensure an optimum user experience, punkt & komma worked on the site structure of the website, entering all texts into the CMS.
