The special nature of the project
The established working methods of the team (e.g. tool-supported content creation, editing and proofreading runs, quality control based on the six-eyes principle, etc.) were not possible for the skisport.com project. One requirement was to carry out content optimisation directly in Pimcore's CMS system. This necessitated even more intense collaboration between the client, copywriters, content managers and project managers. What initially uprooted our company-internal workflows turned out to be the perfect way to go throughout the course of the project.
In addition, it was important to give each ski resort its own character despite the shared design: Through language, above all – but also through a diligent selection of pictures and videos.
The result: eight individual ski resort websites with high-performance content created within a very short period of time.
