Who’s behind the project?

Ökohof Feldinger is Salzburg’s pioneer when it comes to organic products. At their head location in Wals, at the “Rochushof” in the district of Maxglan or at the Schranne market, customers can buy organic fruit and vegetables. 

At their organic grocery store, you can also buy other organic products – from toothpaste to different flours, juices, meat and cheese. In addition, Elisabeth Feldinger and her team serve organic dishes and delicious breakfast options at their bistros at the Rochushof and in Wals.

The challenge

Elisabeth Feldinger has always been a trailblazer when it comes to marketing. Part of that is to offer her customers an added value and to convince them of leading an organic lifestyle. Far off from tacky advertising. 

The challenge of the project “customer magazine” was primarily to create targeted buying motivations without snubbing the customer. Another aim was to convey the values that Ökohof Feldinger stands for.
