Who’s behind the project?

Based in Obertrum near Salzburg, Eurofun is a tour operator for active holidays throughout Europe. Guided by the principle “We do the organising so that our guests can concentrate on just enjoying”, Eurofun takes care of the complete travel planning process – from selecting individual routes to booking appropriate hotels.

With their brands “Eurobike”, “Eurohike” and “Euroaktiv”, Eurofun specialises in cycling, hiking and active holidays. What makes Eurofun holidays so special is their convenient luggage service. While holiday guests are cycling or hiking through breathtaking landscapes, their luggage is transferred to their next hotel by Eurofun.

The challenge

In addition to contributing to their “AKTIV. Das Reisemagazin” publication, we regularly support Eurofun with tour texts and blog articles. Whether it’s for Eurobike, Eurohike or Euroaktiv: We produce tailor-made and entertaining texts for the respective target group. Our goal: to turn the spotlight on the tour operator’s strengths and show customers Eurofun’s incredible variety of tours.

While writing the individual blog articles, we always strive to offer readers an added value. We want the topics presented in the online magazine to address all types of holidaymakers and sports enthusiasts. Whether it’s leisure bikers or passionate mountain hikers – the varied tour catalogue features informative and entertaining content for all of them.

The special nature of the project

All over Europe – that’s how vast the tour network of Eurofun is. And it’s still growing! This great variety makes it a favourite with the punkt & komma team. After all, it gives us ample opportunity to make use of our expertise in writing for the travel and recreation industry. From coastal hikes on Majorca to combined boat and bike tours to the Far North: Our texts are alive with geographical know-how and ambiance.

To ensure that the interests of different target groups are met, the online magazine is based on a holistic approach. This means that thematic focuses vary, making it possible to cater to bike lovers as well as hiking fans and provide them with tour trends, equipment must-haves or inside tips on the blog.
